After 14 years of producing software products and mobile apps for the health care industry, this California-based software firm has become a national leader in its highly-specialized SaaS vertical.

More than 80% of its $3.4 Million in 2017 revenues were subscription-based, making it a highly-transferable acquisition. These recurring revenues come from annual as well as monthly subscriptions.

The company’s customer base is made up of outpatient clinics, surgery centers, private medical practices, home health nurses and physical therapists. The company’s top line has grown steadily since the introduction of their primary suite of products in 2014. Customers are able to purchase subscriptions in bundles or a la carte. The firm offers discounts for longer term contracts and higher prices for monthly subscriptions with no contracts.

The company has expanded its sales, marketing and development teams in the last two years. There are now 18 employees on the payroll, with nearly half of them working remotely for a majority of the time. All workers are US-based.

The still-active seller is the founder and CEO who is willing to remain in place for an extended period. The current management structure includes a CTO and a Development Director.
